Ink Cartridges

Ink cartridges are used in most inkjet printers as any inkjet printer cannot work without an ink cartridge. Despite the growing popularity of laser printers, inkjet printers continue to be used across millions of offices and as such are essential to the everyday functioning of most businesses. Ink cartridges can be classified as black or coloured and have reservoirs for holding ink which is sprayed on the paper for creating images or text during the printing process. Colour Ink cartridges use CMYK ink where C stands for Cyan, M for Magenta, Y for yellow and K for black as these four colours can be mixed in varying proportions for creating almost any other colour. Modern Ink cartridges use high quality waterproof ink which allows them to compete successfully with laser printers.
