Easy Plate AC is sold in packages of 100 tests in 4 separate bags that contain 25 tests each. They have a shelf life of 18 months when stored and unopened at 2-8℃. The Easy Plate AC method is used for determining aerobic bacteria levels in food instead of the microbiological methods.
