• By using the latest in digital plotter technologies, foam inserts can be made from one solid piece of foam rather than laminate multiple sheets of foam together.

• RGH can mill foams to different depths giving you an extremely accurate and solid packing case. This capability also significantly reduces production time.  Prototype parts can be built prior to production to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your product.

RGH Convert a vast range of different foams including PVC, EPDM, neoprene, polyethylene, pvc nitrile and many more.  

RGH laminate different adhesives to these foams, slit them to width and then feed them through our die cutting facilities in order to produce pads, strips or gaskets.  Alternatively sheets are placed on our plotter cutter and parts can be cut directly from a CAD drawing which is ideal for small runs or prototypes.

RGH have a range of double sided foams and can convert them in to almost and size pad that you require. Popular sizes include 12mm x 12mm x 1mm thick, 25mm x 12mm x 1mm thick and 25mm x 25mm x 1mm thick. Foam discs are also available.

3M™ Double Coated Tape GPT-020F

Designed for Versatility: 3M™ Double coated tape GPT-020F is a transparent, 200 micron thick, modified solventless acrylic adhesive with a white printed PP filmic liner. 3M GPT-020F combines a high level of peel and shear performance enabling high adhesion to a wide variety of substrates both to high and some low surafce energy substrates.

It offers high initial tack and humidity resistance, providing easy handling and converting due to the filmic liner delivery. Providing high temperature resistance 190?C short term and 90 ?C long term

RGH Manufacture every hangtab in-house giving you flexibility in terms of the thickness of plastic, the amount of adhesive and the format that you purchase your hangtabs.

The range of hangtabs can be produced in many formats including sheets, individually cut parts, booklets or most commonly rolls. RGH can produce as many parts on a roll as you require

Any size of hangtab is available subject to tooling

Should you need to automatically apply your hangtabs then RGH can manufacture your hangtabs on a clear filmic liner which prevents liners snapping and aids magic eye readers to see through the liner

All hangtabs are produced with the euroslots and waste areas removed to save you the time and inconvenience of having to remove them

RGH's coating systems allow for different coatweights of adhesive to be applied to suit your application and to cope with the weight of product that you wish to hang

Crystal clear adhesive is available upon request

Extensive manufacturing capabilities allow RGH to process materials ranging from 100 micron up to 600 micron depending on the product required

All hangtabs are manufactured using recycled plastic.

As well as a huge range of hangtabs which are commonly presented kiss cut on reels, RGH have the ability to present hangtabs in books of 10 or 12. Please call for further information

RGH's Point of Sale Division manufacture a range of hangtabs from a variety of different thicknesses, in a variety of shapes and formats. Plastics can range from 200 micron up to 700 micron to help ensure that the products are substantial enough to hang your products.

RGH also can test your products with our hangtabs in our laboratory in order to make sure that they will cope with the weight of your components.
