Chef’s knives, often called cook’s knives, are cutting tools used in food preparation. Chef’s knives are categorised by the cut with the most common chef’s knives being; Double grind, V-shaped, with a single or double bevel, convex edge, hollow-ground, single grind or chisel edge.
