Resins
Resins are liquid organic polymers that harden permanently and are used for the production of adhesives varnishes, plastics and other products. Epoxy resin is manufactured through polymerization and used to produce composites and adhesives. It's seamless, waterproof and stronger than concrete. Polyester resins are used in bulk moulding compounds, sheet moulding compounds, the toner in laser printers and in the manufacture of clothing As resin is an essential material in the production of plastic and other products, it has a wide variety of uses in manufacture. Resin casting is used for small scale production of dental moulds, prototypes and many more applications. Resin is also used in larger scale manufacture for the mass production of objects like window frames, toys, nail varnishes and more.
