Industrial Cleaning Chemicals

Industrial cleaning chemicals are also known as industrial cleaning agents. They are usually in the form of liquids, powders, sprays, or granules. Cleaning agents are usually water solutions that are acidic, alkaline, or neutral. Acidic agents are used in scaling, alkaline is used in most cleaning products (including degreasers) while neutrals are PH neutral and are used in washing agents. Common industrial cleaning chemicals are ammonia, citric acid, sodium hypochlorite, borax, Sodium bicarbonate, Chromic acid, Trisodium phosphate, Sodium perborate and Acetone. Purposes of cleaning agents include health, beauty, cleaning, removing offensive odour, and in avoiding the spread of dirt and contaminants.
