Butterfly Valves

Butterfly valves are a type of valve that works to regulate and isolate the flow of liquids. They work with a closing mechanism which is a disk that rotates. Types of butterfly valves include wafer-style butterfly valves, Doubly-eccentric butterfly valves, high-performance double offset butterfly valve, zero-offset butterfly valve, Concentric butterfly valves, lug-style butterfly valve, Triply-eccentric butterfly valves (sometimes known as triple-offset butterfly valves) and rotary valves. In the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry butterfly valves are used to interrupt product flow (such as gas, solids and liquids). In many industries, butterfly valves are used to replace ball valves.
