Lead Screw Actuators

Lead screw actuators are actuators that create motion in a straight line. They are used in machine tooling and various other types of industrial machinery. Lead screw actuators work with the rotation of the actuators nut, which moves the screw shaft in a line. The lead screw actuator is also known as the translation screw or power screw and is used as a linkage in the machine. Types of lead screw actuators include screw jacks, leadscrews, ball screws and roller screws. Lead screw actuators are used in many systems include prints, disk drives, car jacks and DVD drives.
