The sintered friction material is suit for high speed braking with high temperature, it has high wear resistance and stable level of friction coefficient, negligible wear of mating material.It's mostly sued in heavy duty brake and clutches, such as hoists on container cranes and casting cranes, large belt conveyor systems, cable cars, wind turbine brake system port machine, high speed train, racing car, air plane, mining machine, heavy duty vehicle and so on.

The organic friction material is a kind of friction material without asbestos, it's have stable level of friction friction coefficient, low wear, and no noise.It's used for most of industrial clutch and brake applications including press, forging machine, earth moving equipment, yaw brake in wind turbine and other miscellaneous industrial devices.

Brief introduction of non asbestos friction material

1.SY-08 is made from a specially friction performance reagent and 

granular reinforcing agent, non asbestos, bonded by an established 

adhesives recommended for friction material. It has high friction 

coefficient, small heat recession, high fire resistance. It was 

recommend using in brakes and clutches.

2. SY-45 is made from synthetic rubber and glass fiber and superfine 

fiber, non asbestos, bonded by heat resistant synthetic resin. It has stable 

friction performance, small specific gravity, high strength. It’s ideal 

non asbestos friction material for car clutch pads.

3. SY-65 is the ideal semimetal friction material for disc brake pads        for car. The reinforcing agent is steel fibre, and binding agent is heat resistant synthetic resin, the material contain the friction performance regulator and High adhesivity and toughness buffer material. It has stable friction performance, brake sensitive, low noise, safety, and long life. It had test by USA client according to SAE standard. It has wide applications, can be used in kinds of disc brake.

4. SY-85 is non asbestos friction material for heavy load vehicle. It mix the 

advantages of semimetal and glass fibre, so it has excellent mechanical 

resistance and enough mechanical strength. It can be used in disc and 

drum brake pads for heavy vehicle. The max work temperature is 350 °C.

5. SY-156 is made from synthetic rubber and glass fiber and superfine 

fiber, non asbestos, bonded by heat resistant synthetic resin. It has good 

performance, can be used as brake plate for engineering machinery brake,

electromagnetic clutch and drum brake in Light and medium car. It has 

good performance and  long life as the similar products in the oversea 

market.
