Having invested heavily in state of the art Injection moulding machines and rubber moulding technology including 'Vacuum compression moulding', we are driven towards zero defect manufacture and currently have a rubber moulding production rate of over 4800 different lines.

We mould components in a very diverse range of rubbers and silicones including fluorocarbon and fluorosilicone and are able to mould rubber items from 0.1 grams to 10kg using single or multi cavity tooling depending on the requirements of the job.

Custom rubber mouldings will be constructed to customers' exact requirements.

We offer a quick gasket cutter service for numerous gaskets, from pressed, moulded, stamped and fabricated gaskets to laser cut and water cut gaskets.

Precision gaskets and silicone rubber gaskets are also available, and as specialist gasket cutters we can also supply and manufacture many other custom gaskets in a spectrum of materials and in low or high volumes using many machines.

As a specialist manufacturer of custom and standard rubber straps, we offer a wide range of colours, materials and designs for every rubber strap application.

Bespoke rubber straps can be manufactured to your exact application specifications with or without loops, buckles or metal hooks.

We currently supply off the shelf straps ranging from 4 inch to 12 inch as well as supplying straps directly to Automotive OEMs in the 10,000s!

Our standard rubber straps are in Natural Rubber 60 Shore. But we can make EPDM Straps, Nitrile Straps and Low Burn Automotive straps.

Ideal for projects such as suspension bushes, anti vibration mounts or bonded rollers, we can offer an excellent rubber to metal bonding service.

At Butser Rubber we have the technical abilities to use either hot or cold bonding processes, helping you achieve the best possible bond for a one off product or for massed produced components.

We are suppliers of many high quality silicone components including silicone sheeting, silicone cord and strips and lengths of silicone sponge in four standard grades.

Most sheeting and extrusion comes with skinned faces (smooth finish) and a closed cell texture.

We offer a large range of extruded silicone sections as renowned manufacturers of silicone extrusion. With relevant environmental and end use application information, we can supply silicone profiles, sections and extrusion with suitable material hardness and colourings for your requirements.

We have silicone materials that enable us to manufacture:

• Flame - Retardant silicone extrusion
• Food - Grade silicone extrusion
• High / Low temperature grades of silicone extrusion

Investment in new computer controlled vacuum chamber presses has enabled us to manufacture highly complex silicone mouldings. We are capable of mass producing custom silicone mouldings as well as manufacturing bespoke 'one-off' silicone mouldings. 

Our new injection moulding machine arriving in March 2018 will enable us to further automate the rubber moulding process.

We can meet industry standards for Silicone material including WRAS silicone mouldings and FDA rubber mouldings in our services.

We are manufacturers of precision O-Rings for Aerospace, Automotive, Oil and many other industries. We have a range of state-of-the-art injection and compression moulding machinery enabling us to automate the production process enabling reduced lead times and a built-in cost down program. Our rubber Seals and O-Rings can be manufactured to ISO 3601 sizes in most of the materials stated on our materials page.

Butser Rubber provide a large selection of ‘off the shelf’ rubber retainer straps which can be used for a variety of purposes. We supply straps in varying lengths from 100mm to 305mm with both triangular and rectangular stainless steel buckles moulded into the straps. Our rubber straps are manufactured using Natural Rubber 60 IRHD and are 25mm wide x 3mm thick.

We are also able to offer bespoke rubber straps to customers with specific project requirements. Our experienced staff will guide you through the tool making and manufacturing process, ensuring costs and lead time are kept to a minimum.

We supply rubber bumpers and fenders to a wide variety of customers across the world from luxury yachts to heavy goods vehicles. Butser Rubber provide customers with a cost effective manufacturing process with minimal lead time. We pride ourselves in providing a completely bespoke rubber bellow manufacturing service for ‘one off’ and ‘mass production’ parts. Clients within industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Marine and Manufacturing choose to work with us to ensure their rubber bellows are provided to the highest of standards. We manufacture rubber bellows using a broad range of rubbers and silicones to meet customer requirements. Butser Rubber can work to industry standards such as DTD, AMS, Def Stan and BS.

We supply custom rubber gaiters to many large-scale OEM and tier 1 companies with high volume and prototype components. Our experience in industries such as Formula 1 and Aerospace has ensured we consistently meet project requirements with high quality and competitively priced parts. Our custom gaiters can be manufactured using our dedicated compression, injection and transfer moulding machinery using a range of rubber and silicone materials complying with Automotive, Aerospace and industrial standards.

We are suppliers of rubber grommets to all industries intended for a wide variety of applications. Butser Rubber can work with Kanban delivery schedules with weekly or monthly call offs. Our bespoke rubber grommets can be manufactured specialist rubbers and silicones with high temperature resistance and fuel & oil resistance. We  manufacture EPDM grommets, Viton grommets, Nitrile grommets, Natural Rubber grommets and Silicone Grommets.

We are manufacturing specialists in Rubber Pipe Clips, EPDM Pipe Clips and Custom Pipe Clips. Our bespoke rubber pipe clips are designed to secure pipe, cable, tube and hose fittings to a fixed position. The rubber pipe clip can absorb resonant vibrations and movements when situated. The available range of over 350 different materials has been selected to enable all design requirements to be met. Some material examples include EPDM, Nitrile, HNBR and Fluorosilicone.
