We provide a wide variety of CAD services using the latest AutoCAD 2D, Solidworks 3D and Inventor 3D Software.

We can provide services ranging from 2D drafting for projects such as equipment/services layouts and manufacturing drawings to full 3D equipment or product design projects. We are able to design for manufacture or for prototyping as well as being able to produce feasibility drawings and drawings for visualisation.

With our 100w Glass CO2 laser cutting machine we have the capability to cut/engrave a wide variety of materials (non-metal), in various thicknesses up to 20mm, to a maximum size of 1200mm x 800mm. We also have the ability to engrave existing objects such as toyboxes, stools etc as well as also being able to engrave on cylindrical objects such as glasses.

We can cut/engrave using files created by us from scratch to the customers requirements or using customer files. We are able to use DWG, DXF, PDF, JPG and BMP file formats.

We can finish items using a variety of finishes to make items food safe, weatherproof etc. and we can work with customers materials to try and achieve what is required.

We have 4 FDM 3D Printers which are able to print items up to 300mm x 300mm x 300mm in a wide range of materials and colours and even multi colour prints.

We are able to produce a wide variety of parts either from customer supplied files or files we have created to suit customer criteria. 

​Our printing service is not only aimed towards engineering and prototyping, we also can print items for the home/domestic environment. If you have a broken switch that you are struggling to replace or a part which is broken and no longer available, contact us and we can produce a replacement using 3D modelling and 3D printing.

We can print either from models which we create for you or from models submitted to us in either STL, OJB, X3G formats (or native Solidworks files).
