Some Of Our Latest Work
Our client approached us to upgrade their global Mystery Shopping program. They wanted to simplify handling requests to suppliers.
With over 5,000 shopping requests each quarter, automating as much of the process as possible was crucial. We streamlined the process by grouping suppliers into small sets and giving each supplier in the set the same order, instead of making individual requests.
Our challenge was to identify and group competing suppliers and design a system that provided a common tender description they could all meet.
We used a hybrid approach combining a Constraint solver with simulated annealing. This allowed the client to adjust scoring factors over time, providing fine control over the outputs generated.
