Hallen are a specialist manufacturer of;Metallic Tubular Components by Forming, Pressing, Swaging, Threading and Machining since 1952.

Formed tubular components are manufactured on fully programmable hydraulic presses, with hydraulic cushion/ejector. 10 to 160 Tonne loads with a 800mm maximum stroke.

Simple swages/reductions are achieved on our 110 Tonne finder-swaging machines and our Double-Blow 100 Tonne Pushpointer.

A range of CNC lathes for machining and threading simple or complex tubular components from 10mm to 200mm diameter.

Fast threading machines producing a varied range of threads from 10mm to 50mm.

Thread gauges to national/international standards available to cover our full production range.
