Rapid response machining is one of our core strengths at Hele Bay Precision. Our large manufacturing facility is set out in custom cells purposely to keep a fast flow of components & parts being machined on time. 

Our CNC turning facility includes: 12 Dugard Eagle 200 CNC lathes with multi spindle capabilities and 9 Dugard Eagle 100 CNC lathes. This, accompanied by our conventional CNC turning capabilities help us provide a quick turn around on machined parts. 

We can provide CNC turning & milling machining work in the following materials:stainless steel, carbon steel, special alloys, aluminium, brass, plastics, inconel, duplex, super duplex, 6MO and hastelloy.

Hele Bay provide a comprehensive precision CNC milling service which includes being equipped with 4 Dugard Eagle 660 / 850 CNC vertical machining centres, along with a large selection of conventional machinery which compliments our CNC capabilities. 

Before component despatch, all machined parts are rigorously tested and certified to meet UKAS ISO 9001:2000 standards. Our team of over 20 engineers and technicians are highly experienced in managing our customers' project requirements from initial concept to completion.

We have a large sliding head CNC turning facility for the machining of custom machined and turned parts in a broad range of materials which include: Stainless steels, Carbon Steel, Special Alloys, Aluminium, Brass, Plastics, Inconel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Titanium, Hastelloy, 6M0 among other grades.
