Irrigation Tubes - LDPE/HDPE/MDPE

Irrigation tubes can be manufactured to the exact diameter required from polyethylene in any colour.  The wall thickness can be altered depending on the application and can be supplied in straight lengths or coils as required.

Low Pressure Pipes- LDPE/HDPE

Low pressure pipes can be manufactured from HDPE up to 200mm in diameter in industry standard dimentional specifications such as SCR11, SDR17.6 and SDR26.  Other specific wall thicknesses can be achieved as required.  These tubes can be supplied in coils up to 75mm and lengths can be supplied as required up to 12m.

Pump tubes are supplied in 3", 4", 6" and 8" from LDPE in 5.8m and 6m lengths.  These are supplied plain ended and are suitable for the fitting of connection components.

Electric and Cable Ducting

A range of smooth bore solid wall polyethylene ducting in available manufactured to industry standard dimensional specifications in many ODs, colours, wall thicknesses and lengths as required.  Black marked 'Electric Cable Duct', Orange marked 'Street Lighting' and 'Traffic Signal', Purple 'Spare Comms' and 'Motorway Communications' other colours such as green are also available.  We offer all sizes in standard 6m lengths and sizes up to 75mm in coils.  Bespoke lengths can be manufactured to order as required.

Bespoke sizes can also be manufactured to solve problems on-site due to changing conditions, trench and trough sizes.

Fibre Optic Duct

Standard coils can be offered although we have found that specific lengths are more suitable for fibre optics.  We have small bore coiled ducting up to 750m in lengths to reduce the amount of joints.  Material and wall thickness as required.

Specialist Ducting

We can manufacture any size ducting up to 200mm diameter from the material of choice with the wall thickness and lengths as required.  Many colours are offered as standard.  We are also able to colour match your specific requirements.  Beposke sizes can also be manufactured to solve problems on-site due to changing conditions, trench and trough sizes.  Sub-ducts to suit main ducts can also be manufactured.

Singlewall Flexible Corrugated Ducting

Standardard sizes 16mm to 32mm HDPE singlewall corrugated coiled duct can be manufactured in any colour required.  Application have been multiple and single cables and fibre optic cables.  Coilds can be supplied up to 750m.

Pushfit Polypropylene Waste Pipes

For ease of use and economy, there is no better alternative than the Naylor pushfit waste pipe.  Offered in standard white, black, grey and brown marked as required.  Special or specific colours can be offered to match a specific range of fittings.  Own brnading with your company name is available upon request.  Standard lengths are 3m although special lengths can be manufactured if required.

Solvent Weld Waste Pipes

Solvent weld waste pipes are available in both PVC and ABS manufactured to industry standard colours or bespoke colours to suit your fittings.  ABS has excellent impact strength and good chemical resistance.  These can be offered with your own branding details, company name and contact details if required.

Core Tubes

A full range of size specific core tubes can be manufactured from Polypropylene, HDPE, ABS and PVC.  Depending on the application tubes can be manufactured to suit a variety of processing machine applications.  Customers have a variety of important criteria when purchasing cores such as critical ID, OD, wall thicknesses, strength, temperature ranges, holding methods, surface finish, material and lengths.  We have supplied many industries with cores such as manufacturers of:

Many cores are used and sold with the product although many are used within the manufacturing process and never leave the factory.  Our customer have found they last longer than card and can be kept and used in wet or hostile conditions.

Packing Latts

Plastic packing latts can be used especially when products are being manufactured in or for the food industry where a very hygenic environment is required.  These have been sold to bag, film and wrap manufacturers who have found the product to meet all of the required criteria.

Packaging/Carrying and Protection Tubes

Many packaging applications suit bespoke tubes.  Support tubes help increase the strength of cartons and cardboard display bins providing a longer life span.  A variety of sizes can be used for the storage or flexible and rigid lengths of finished product.  Tubes can be supplied with caps or plugs to enable them to carry and protect products such as weld rods, drain roads, fishing rods as well as drawings, posters and documents.

All tubes can be offered to bespoke requirements in a wide variety of materials and colours.  Our vast collection of tooling gained over many years allows us to achieve a wide range of sizes without expensive new tooling having to be purchased.

HDPE Flexible Ducting

Singlewall HDPE flexible corrugated conduit can be supplied in standard sizes of 16mm, 20mm, 25mm and 32mm coiled in the following lengths 25m, 50m, 100m and more if required.  Standard colours are green, purple and black although it can be manufactured in any colour required.  Applications have been for below ground multiple and single cables and fibre optic cables.  Please ask regarding suitability of HDPE ducting for your specific applications.

Polypropylene Flexible Conduit

Singlewall polypropylen flexible corrugated conduits can be supplied in standard sizes of 16mm, 20mm, 25mm and 32mm coiled in the following lengths 25m, 50m and 100m and more if required. Standard colours are red, blue, white, grey, yelllow and black although it can be manufactured in any colour required.  Applications have been for above ground use for single and multiple cables as well as cable protection on machinery.  Also as duct for hot and cold water service pipes.  Please ask regarding suitability of PP ducting for your specific application.

Flexible PVC Sheath/Cover Tubes

Flexible PVC tube (lay flat) can be manufactured in many different colours for sheathing high tension cables, flexible sub-straights and material straps etc.  Application are for protection or to increased visibility of cables in areas where damage many occur.

Flexible Singlewall Tubes

Small and large bore singlewall smooth tubes can be manufactured from flexible EVA, PVC and LDPE.  Applications are vast - up to 200mm in diameter.

A wide variety of special projects have been undertaken.  Working together with our customers, we have found solutions for many prototypes, one-off projects and large volume items.  Our collection of tooling and experience has given us the capabilty to work with many different materials to achieve the required product.  Pipes, shaped tubes, profiles and cord are all extruded on existing machinery.  We are also pleased to discuss new tooling if a size you require is not in stock.  Our secondary operation department also allows us to driil, machine, internal/external thread, slot and chamfer our products to offer a finished product/component to fit our customer requirements such as:

A variety of square, rectangular, round and D-shaped tubes offer a full diverse range of possibilities for product development and innovation.  These tubes can be manufactured from a wide variety of materials used in our production facility to meet your exact requirements regarding wall thickness, colour and length.  If you have a new idea for a product, it is likely we will have the tooling to satisfy your requirements.  If not, we can manufacture the tooling to your exact specification.  Tubes made from HDPE, PP, ABS and PVC can be easily matched to your own colour specifications.

Our secondary operation department also allows us to drill holes to an agreed tolerance against supplied drawings.  WE have matching capabilities to chamfer or mark your extrusion, a specialist machine can put an internal or external thread on any round tube with a wall thickness of 5mm or more.  We can slot tubes on their ends as a lock mechanism or within its lengths if required.  These operations allow us to offer a product/components to fit our customer requirements.  Certain materials can be re-formed to produce a flat or oval end, angled end cuts can be done to achieve your desired finish whilst a double angle end cut on a profile will achieve a point if required.  We are pleased to discuss any new ideas to develop your products.

Modular Bays

Cost-effective retaining wall products.  Manufactured at our premises in South Yorkshire and shipped direct to site.  Site time is minimised and the installer avoids the potential weather disruption of retaining wall options which require on-site concrete pouring.
