Service FM provides installation services of air conditioning and heat pump systems. We offer clients a complete installation service from the initial enquiry through to installation and commissioning on all types of air conditioning, heat pumps and commercial refrigeration equipment. To ensure that our installation services provide clients with a high standard of installation we have developed our own installations standards procedure. This ensures that all our work is carried out to meet industry standards including manufacturer’s requirements, F-Gas and British standards such as BS EN 378. Our installation procedures ensure that:

• The equipment that we recommend to the client is the most suitable to meet their requirements.
• Health and safety requirements are considered at the design stage.
• The installation meets the manufacturer’s requirements to not invalidate any future warranty requirements.
• The installation is fully commissioned ensuring that it operates at maximum efficiency and reliability.
