In addition to the industry standard of ‘plastisol’ inks we are also experienced in printing with specialised inks including discharge, fluorescent, reflective, puff, phospho-rescent (glow in the dark) and metallic to name but a few.

Often favoured by clients for workwear, schools and sports clubs embellishing garments in this way is becoming ever more popular with fashion brands and merchandisers, as well as mass producing from these industries we have also decorated many unusual garments including an elephant’s coat used for the re-enaction of Hannibal’s schlep across the Alps a few years ago.

Today’s machines and programmes allow for simple one colour monogramming all the way through to intricate complex multicolour designs. As technology evolves, new techniques including high build and specialised threads have also become available; Metallic, Reflective and glow in the dark can add even more depth to your designs. With digital printing you have the ability to print quickly and accurately from a hi-resolution image file at the touch of a button, without the need to produce physical plates, using CMYK inks it’s very similar to printing an image from your computer, but onto fabric!

Digital printing is perfect for manufacturing high colour images on to smaller production runs. The extra fine detail DTG can produce is great for photographic and more detailed, graphic images on high cotton garments.

It also brings a massive saving as there are no origination or setup costs, making this the perfect method for one off designs & print on demand, another service we now offer Please see E-commerce later on.

Heat transfer can bring a whole extra level of exciting techniques to your designs. TOT can apply an almost limitless range of stunning effects to your t-shirt or garment decoration

HTV (heat transfer vinyl) is particularly effective for the use of bold, vibrant, and techniques that can’t be created with “normal” printing. HTV is cad cut so although not suitable for intricate details it’s perfect for single colour personalisation & numbers or a way to add a bit of pizazz. With vinyl’s ever evolving the possibilities are endless, mirror metallics, colour changing chameleons, glitters galore, holographic & reflective to name a few there is a vinyl for your design. We also source & apply rhinestone transfers for that extra special addition bringing an eye-catching quality.

Mirror metallics can also be mass produced, heat pressing a foil on to screen printed glue is a more cost effective way or producing these chrome effects, a long with gloss or matt presses. More ways to bring something extra to your screen prints.

We also offer DTF transfers, using the best transfers on the market this means we can print pretty much anything including garments that would traditionally have only been able to be decorated with embroidery

TOT offer a range of finishing techniques that can help to promote your brands identity.

Re-branding garments; The main way to upgrade your garments is to add your branding into the neck & replacing the original manufac- tures branding with your own. Traditionally this has been done by sewing woven labels into the neck but more recently brands have chosen to print their logos directly into the inside neck - both options are avaliable at TOT.

If putting your branding on the inside just isn’t quite visual enough we can also sew on tab labels to hems & sleeves and patches wherever your heart desires. This also means that we can attach other embellishments such as chenille patches.

Packing; How your product arrives to it’s destination is up to you, whether bailed in 10s & boxed up for big events, folded & placed in clear bags for easy storage or packed in specific bespoke packaging matching your brands ethos we can cater for all your packing needs.

Using top grade printable vinyl & an 8 colour process print system we are able to deliver high quality kiss cut stickers.

With options for different sizes, stickiness strength, matt or gloss look, and even resin doming the finish is completely up to you.

Not only can we produce stickers but like garments we offer a range of packing options from bulk pack, individual packing, adding to your garment orders or collating with card headers.

Our API App is set up to automate & download your orders directly into our bespoke in house system Strokeone, this takes the need for you to get involved in the day to day ordering away so you can concentrate on growing your business.

Our inhouse team of developers have custom built softwear to integrate with your shopify store meaning the way you manage it is completely up to you. Strokeone allows for a mix & match co-ordination, so if your customer orders a garment you have set up for POD and a ready made item off the shelf both items will be packaged together & sent out to them.

Your webstore can be comprised of items using our on demand methods; digital print, transfers & embroidery along side bulk goods stored ready for picking, this can be any- thing from wholesale screen print runs produced under the same roof or any 3rd party products you have made else where and sent in, your options are unlimited.

Orders are downloaded at 3am each morning giving your customers the luxury of late ordering. We pride ourselves on being able to run a fast turn around business, this means we can turn around print on demand orders within 2/3 days.

With our Under plain cover service we ensure we produce & deliver your merchandise, whether for a scheduled performance or to replenish ahead of the evenings live performance. We work with customers to ensure our logistics team can meet ever reducing time frames.

Here at TOT, we understand you might be a merchandiser in need of a comprehensive yet discrete service and don’t want your end line client to know it’s TOT that have produced and fulfilled the order, with this in mind we are happy to send your orders under plain cover (i.e. using new unmarked boxes with neutral paperwork) or in any supplied branded packaging which enhances your product.

We do this alongside in-house generated box end labels, packing lists, delivery notes, and the livery you require, our services range from a bulk order going to a third party company right through to single items shipping to members of the public. Our dedicated despatch team can arrange same day and over night deliveries and ensure every aspect of your logistical needs are met.

Our gig hub is a service that allows clients to consolidate everything into one place prior to despatch and provides a place to return, store & redistribute to suit. This service gives you the opportunity to facilitate our warehousing and the team to bring together all of your

products; items produced on-site, support items and even those not produced by TOT and coordinate the logistics from one central place.

We boast a bespoke in-house system that connects our whole production facility, including over 20,000 sq. ft ware- house space on-site which means we are able to provide solutions to all of your needs. This means that you can take advantage of the economies of scale offered in some of our decoration services and order in bulk at the beginning of a tour, then if you run out and need an extra quick restock it’s already on the shelves ready to be sent out. After the shows you can store & record any surplus stock along with any support items such as PDQ’s & display boards ready and available for wherever they are needed next.

As part of the one stop shop experience we also offer solutions for storage. As well as all of the items you can dream of to hold as part of our gig hub & e-commerce we can also hold blank garments on your behalf.

Our password protected stock management system CPORT gives you the ability to see your stock holding (and ours) at the touch of a button! Need to know how many labels you have in stock, or what garments are available for a last minute job, it’s all there in front of you.

Working in conjunction with our gig hub you can also go online and draw down on existing stock stored with us and create a fulfilment from wherever you might be in the world ready for our teams to pick & despatch whenever & wherever it needs to go.

CPORT, short for customer portal, isn’t just for stock management. Within your account you will also be able to review visuals & active jobs, obtain invoice & delivery notes.

Through our commercial arrangements we ensure a consistent and sustainably varied source of garments are available to cater to your requirements.
