This is the standard size kit that will fit the majority of people from children to XXL heads.

Features

• Conforms to EN 166: 2001 and is reusable
• The face shield is 100% recyclable
• Assembled in seconds
• Designed for comfortable use with face masks, glasses, helmets, caps and head defenders
• The visor comes with a factory sealed front and back protector. Once removed the material is crystal clear and absolutely clean
• The back elastic strap is made from high grade silicon rubber - not material elastic that will allow sweat and germs to be absorbed into it
• The top and bottom clip are injection moulded, meaning they are solid parts and non-porous - providing they are thoroughly cleaned and sterilised, they can be reused (although we would suggest replacing the front screen which can be bought separately as this is part will be easily scratched)
• The visor is made from a thick PETG which means it is shatter resistant and will just deflect for safety
• They come flat packed for ease of shipping and storage at your facility
• Proudly designed and made by ourselves in the UK

Re-Usability

Our visor is made using non-porous materials and non-porous manufacturing techniques. This means that providing you clean and sanitise thoroughly enough, this face shield is reusable. However, we would strongly advise that the visor itself is replaced regularly.

Version 2 Improvements over Version 1

• We have removed the "horns" for the visor to lock into - We now have 2 larger side hooks that are soft and not pointy and a single central post that is also soft but acts as a locking point.
• We have altered the rubber attachment lugs to make them more streamline and protrude as little as possible from the head clip.
• We have added a shelf - this is for the foam to attach into for customers who would like the foam attachment - the face shield can be purchased with or without the foam and should be replaced after every use. Foam insert coming soon.
• We have also changed the colour to blue.
